Bachelor's degree. Two years of experience as a health coach to include nutrition, exercise, and motivational interviewing. One of the following: Health & Wellness Coach by the American Fitness Professionals Association (AFPA); Certified Health Coach by the American Council on Exercise (ACE); Functional Medicine Coaching: Health Coach by The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
