Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Services or related field.
Preferred: Master’s in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or Computer Science
License/Certification
Preferred: Certification Project Management
Experience
Required: Three (3) years of experience in 2 or more of the following; analysis reconciliation, data analysis, auditing load management, and/or human resources analysis and reporting.
Preferred: Experience in enhancing software applications, understanding data architecture and integrations between core systems, reporting and data analysis across multiple systems. To include 2-3 years as an end user or administrator using Taleo as well as Taleo Connect Client integration experience.
