HUB Coordinator

EDUCATION

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or Marketing.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Required: 3 years Business, supply chain, purchasing, finance, or marketing experience.

• Preferred: Experience with the HUB Program or Small Business program. Understanding of Historically Underutilized Business requirements and compliance processes. 
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Proficiency in Excel and institutional reporting tools; experience preparing compliance reports.
• Vendor Outreach & Relationship Management – Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams, including guiding them through HUB Subcontracting Plans.
• Proficiency in Excel ( data analysis) and PDF. 
• Experience with B2Gnow, or similar compliance platforms.
• Familiarity with state procurement processes (public sector experience is a plus).  
• Analytical skills
   

 Work Schedule: This is a remote position. Houston based candidates are preferred for occasional in person meetings or events.  

Travel: Must be willing to attend occasional outreach events within Texas.
