REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or a related field.

Preferred Education: Master’s Level Degree

 

Preferred Certification: PHR, SPHR, Mediator Certification

 

Experience: Seven years of experience in a related field.  May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience or completed years of college on a one to one basis.  With preferred degree, five years of required experience.
Preferred Experience:  At least five years of investigative experience to include Title IX, EEO, and EEOC investigations.  Bilingual.  Experienced in the development and implementation of regulatory policy and training/presentations. Knowledge of high level security clearance processes and immigration law is preferred.
