IT Support Technician - Desktop Support

Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Certification Required: None

Preferred Certification: CompTIA A+, BICSI ITS Installer, BICSI ITS Technician, Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Experience Required: Two years of experience with desktop, mobile computing and/or network, including problem analysis/resolution, and installation. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
