IT Support Technician - IT Services
Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Level Degree
Certification Required:
None
Preferred Certification:
CITAM (CERTIFIED IT ASSET MANGER);
CHAMP(CERTIFIED HARDWARE ASSET MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL)
CMAM (Certified Mobile Asset Manager)
ITIL V3 FOUNDATION ITIL V3 SERVICE DESIGN
Experience Required:
Two years of experience with desktop, mobile computing and/or network, including problem analysis/resolution, and installation. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.
Preferred Experience
Three years of IT Asset Management experience.
Three years of enterprise management of mobile devices
Knowledge of supplier management best practices.
Knowledge of state and institution-level contracting processes.
Ability to use various databases and telecom expense management software.
