Data management associated with histology lab material - Perform data management associated with quality control of information, reports, charges, slides, blocks and specimens pertinent to the histology laboratory.
Transport and Delivery of patient care material - Assists laboratory personnel with quality control of patient material and records.
- Transports and delivers patient material, information and reports to appropriate professional staff, laboratories and departments.
Receptionist duties - Perform laboratory receptionist duties via telephone and liaison with professional staff, visitors and histology personnel in a professional manner.
- Maintain office inventory.
Other duties as assigned
High school graduation or equivalent. One year of experience in a clinical medical laboratory or similar setting. With preferred degree, no experience required.
