Lead Ambassador
MD Anderson’s institutional Welcome initiative prioritizes the safety, security, and comfort of all individuals who visit its campuses. As part of this effort, the Patient Relations team places Ambassadors and Lead Ambassadors at public entrances and Information Desks to deliver service excellence and enhance the visitor management experience. Ambassadors provide clear guidance to help visitors navigate the campus, offer support upon arrival, and promote a safe, welcoming environment. They also listen to concerns, address issues, and work toward resolution, reinforcing MD Anderson’s commitment to exceptional care and service.

Salary Range: 45,500.00 $ 57,000.00 $ 68,500.00
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acknowledges and greets patients and visitors and performs health screening.
Accurately provides information and instruction, pertaining to all hospital campus to patients, visitors and staff.
Maintains a highly professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers and peers and performs multiple tasks as screener, greeter, information desk, in a fast-paced environment.

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Required: One year of customer service or related experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Experience Preferred: Two years experience in a hospital setting.
