Lead Paramedic - Code Blue Operations Department
Education
Required: Successful completion of a Texas
Department of State Human Services (DSHS) approved EMT-Paramedic training
course or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience
Required: Four years experience as a paramedic
Licensure/Certification
Required: All of the following: Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart
Association, Texas Paramedic License issued by the Texas Department of State of
Health Services.
Preferred: Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through the American Heart
Association.
