Lead, Pharmacy Technician - ATC Day Shift

Education        

Required:

High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Education:

Certificate from an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program or 2 years of college credit.   

License/Certification

Required: 

Current Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy

Preferred:

Current Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).

ACPE approved IV (sterile products) certification

Experience       

Required: 

A minimum of 2 years at MD Anderson as an pharmacy technician or 4 years in comparable institutional setting.

Preferred:

Experience in pharmacy, training employees, and leadership role.

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
