Education

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Experience

Required: Five years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory or blood center  to include one year of project coordination, lead or supervisory  experience.

 

Certifications

Required: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CRP) certification and one of the following:
                 Phlebotomy or Donor Phlebotomy or Donor Phlebotomy certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathologist Board of Registry (BOR)
                 American Certification Agency (ACA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
