Management Analyst - HAL Admin

EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field

Preferred: Master’s degree in Business or related field

EXPERIENCE

Required: Five years of experience in consulting, data analysis, business analytics, business management, or project management.

Preferred:  Seven or more years of experience including two or more in performing advanced data analysis projects.  Demonstrated ability for in-depth data analysis, project management, business systems, business plan writing, and organizational effectiveness.  Extensive knowledge of analysis software such as Hyperion Studio and Microsoft Access.  Extensive experience working with the EIW and FIRE, including model building for professional and technical charges, and new patient referrals, and tumor registry querying.  Two or more years of experience participating in the institution’s budget process.
