Requirements


Education
Required:  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field   

Preferred:  Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or health related field.

 

Experience 
Required:  Five years of experience to include two years of supervisory and two years of operating room experience.

Preferred:  Six years of operating room experience including supervisory experience and experience working with anesthesia medical equipment.

 

Certification

Required:  None

Preferred:  Certification by American Society of Anesthesia Technicians and Technologists (ASATT) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
