REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
Preferred Education: Master’s Level Degree

Preferred Certification:
Experience: Four years of professional health care or business management experience, to include two years of Lead or supervisory experience. With preferred degree, two years of professional health care or business management experience and two years of lead or supervisory experience is required.
Preferred Experience: Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting and/or in a business professional/administrative capacity including experience in clinical operations. Three years of M. D. Anderson experience may be substituted for business related experience.
Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
