The Manager of Sterile Processing Operations is incentive eligible! This is a highly visible position that will work with Leadership across divisions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in allied health or related and a minimum of five years of experience in sterile processing to include two years of supervisory experience. Should have strong written and verbal communication, people management is a primary and critical job function technical acumen/certification for Sterile Processing. Will work in the Procedures & Therapeutics Perioperative Services Department overseeing 65+ employees.

EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health or related field.

Preferred: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.

 

EXPERIENCE

Required: Five years experience in sterile processing in a large operating room environment to include two years of supervisory experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. May substitute required degree with additional years of experience.

Preferred: Operating room experience and/or healthcare leadership.
