Education
Required: Graduate of hospital or college affiliated medical dosimetry school with clinical and classroom curriculum for duration of 1 year OR a minimum of 3 years of current and continuous medical dosimetry experience.
License/Certification
Required:
- Certification as a Medical Dosimetrist by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board (MDCB) within 4 years of hire date.
- Must maintain and provide official proof of MDCB certification on an annual basis.
- Proof of certification required in the form of official notification from the MDCB such as test results or official MDCB certification documentation.
Experience
Required: Graduate of medical dosimetry school or program, no experience is required.
Otherwise, minimum of 3 years current, continuous experience required.
