Education

Bachelor's degree. 

Experience

Required: Two years of credentialing or medical office experience, healthcare to include two years experience in a lead or supervisory role.  May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.  Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

Certification

Required: Certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS).

Other

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
