Medication Safety Consultant

REQUIREMENTS

Required Education: PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

Preferred Education: Master’s Level Degree.

Required: Five years of healthcare experience.

Required Certification: License to practice Pharmacy in the state of Texas.

Preferred Certification: Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ), Certification in Risk Management, or other Medical Quality Certification.
