Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Required: Completion of a certificate, associate degree or baccalaureate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) approved Radiologic Technology Program or Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT).
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the Arts or Sciences from a JRCNMT or JRCERT program or related field
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Required:
All of the following: Medical Radiologic Technologist license (MRT) from the Texas Department of State Health Services
EXPERIENCE
Required: None
Preferred: 2 years of post-certification experience working in nuclear medicine
