Occupational Therapist Assistant

EDUCATION
Required: Associate degree from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.


LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Required: Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Texas issued by Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners Current CPR certification.

EXPERIENCE
Required: None
Preferred: Two years of experience as a COTA, at least two in Oncology.
