EDUCATION:
Required: Associate's Degree. Completion of an Occupational Therapist Assistant Program accredited by the American Occupational Therapist Assistant Association.
Current Occupational Therapist Assistant license issued by the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR).
