Operations and Maintenance Manager - Pharmacy/Critical Space Compliance
Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, healthcare administration or related field. Five years experience in the operations and management of a physical plant in a health care, manufacturing or university setting to include three years of supervisory experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
Preferred: Master’s Level Degree. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation, and/or certified with Controlled Environment Testing Association. (CETA), Six Sigma/Lean Practices certification. Five years experience managing daily maintenance operations of a research or healthcare facility. Ability to utilize both a CMMS and BMS program to analyze operational effectiveness and opportunities.
