Operations Manager - Pediatrics - Research

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Administration or related field. 

Experience

Required: Four years of experience in a professional/administrative capacity, to include two years experience in a supervisory capacity in any field. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience or completed years of college on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, two years of supervisory/management experience. 

Preferred: Four years experience managing the day-to-day administrative operation functions of a large scale laboratory.
