EDUCATION:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: One year of experience in customer service or healthcare. Relevant healthcare education may substitute for experience on a one to one basis.

Preferred: Current or previous customer service experience in a healthcare environment would be a plus.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Preferred: Heart Saver with AED, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) would be a plus.
