Patient Navigator, Rad Oncology (Proton Therapy Center)

EDUCATION

Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.

EXPERIENCE

Required: Three years of clinical nursing experience to at least one year oncology nursing or case management experience.

LICENSES

Current State of Texas Professional Nursing License (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
