REQUIREMENTS
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Level Degree
Experience: Three years customer service experience. May substitute additional education for required experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred Experience: Customer service in a healthcare area
