Per Diem Case Manager

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Experience Required: Three years professional nursing experience to include experience in coordinating care for high risk and complex patients.  
Licensure/Certification Required: Current State of Texas Professional Nursing License (RN). American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
Licensure/Certification Preferred: Certification as a Case Manager.
