Pharmacist Clinic R2 - (11:30am - 8:00pm)
Education Required:
Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
License/Certification
Required:
Current license to practice Pharmacy with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible to receive a license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
Must obtain a Texas Pharmacist license by the 121st date of employment.
Experience Required:
None.
Preferred Experience:
Six months experience in a hospital pharmacy.
