Education Required:
Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy
Preferred:
PharmD. Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, BCLS/ACLS certification
License/Certification
Required: Eligible to receive a license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
Experience
Required: None
Preferred Experience: Two years of relevant pharmacy practice experience
