Pharmacy Technician - Sugar Land
EDUCATION:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: No experience required.
Preferred: Experience in a hospital Pharmacy IV room preparing IV doses.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Required: Current Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP).
Preferred: ACPE approved IV (sterile products) certification. Current Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) would be a plus.
OTHER:
Required: Must pass pre-employment skills a test as required and administered by Human Resources.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Working in Patient Care Unit (e.g. Nursing unit; outpatient clinic)
Exposure to human/animal blood, body fluids, or tissues
Exposure to harmful chemicals
