Bachelor's degree in a related science field or business. Five years of supervisory or administration experience in a high volume laboratory. One of the following: Certified Medical Technologist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologist Board of Registry (BOR). Certified Clinical Laboratory Specialist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists Board of Registry. (BOR). Certified Cytogenetics Technologist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologist Board of Registry (BOR). Certified Histocompatability Technologist by the American Board of Histocompatability and Immunogenetics. Certified in a specialized field relevant to the laboratory assigned.
Preferred Certification/Licensure:�Certified Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Board of Certification.
