Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Technologist - League City
Education
Required: Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the Arts or Sciences from a JRCNMT or JRCERT program or related field
Experience
Required: None
Preferred: Two years of experience in radiologic sciences or related field.
License/Certification
Required:
All of the following:
Medical Radiologic Technologist license (CMRT) from the Texas Medical Board
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine credentials, and/or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) credentials
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
Preferred:
· ARRT in CT credentials
· NMTCB - PET
· Additional certifications (NMTCB-NCT/ CNMT; ARRT – N/R/T/QM)
· Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
