Principal Business Development Analyst
EDUCATION
• Required: Bachelor's Degree Business, Health Care or related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MS Analytics, or similar).
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Required: Nine years related program development or project management experience, to include five years of progressive experience in data analysis and predictive analytics.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare strategy consulting or in strategic planning, decision intelligence, business development, or corporate strategy role within a healthcare organization. Oncology experience is preferred.
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities with the demonstrated ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and solve complex challenges.
o Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; demonstrated comfort presenting to executive leaders.
o Highly motivated, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal oversight.
o Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
o Proficiency in data and analytics tools such as Microsoft Suite, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or similar preferred
o Experience with healthcare market data tools (Sg2, Vizient, Advisory Board, Definitive Healthcare, NCI SEER, National Cancer Database, etc.) strongly preferred.
