Program Coordinator - Interventional Radiology
• Accruals for PTO and Extended Illness Bank, plus paid holidays, wellness, childcare, and other leave options.

• Serve as primary contact for interpretation and application of policies, procedures, and program guidelines
• Collaborate in developing and implementing operational policies and standards
• Identify and report compliance issues and assist in resolving duty hour violations
• Provide administrative supervision and support to residents, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
• Record, maintain meeting minutes, and develop reports for Program Leadership
• Act as liaison between residents and hospital administration, departments, and affiliated institutions
• Coordinate resident recruitment, orientation, affiliation agreements, and external rotations
• Review and evaluate applications for completeness and coordinate interview notifications
• Maintain confidential resident files and track attendance for required educational activities
• Maintain research and medical student database for appointment status
• Track resident work hours, activities, and schedules in electronic systems
• Maintain and distribute rotation, vacation, and leave schedules
• Communicate daily program activities, including conferences and announcements, to residents and faculty
• Assist with planning and executing recruitment, orientation, graduation, and program events
• Process resident reimbursements and support budget monitoring for residency activities
• Assist Program Leadership with training verifications and strategic planning support
• Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
- Required: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field.
- Preferred: Master's Degree
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: 3 years Project/program coordination experience. or
- Required: 1 year Required experience with Master's degree
- May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
- Preferred: 5 years Administrative experience to include two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a patient care environment.
