EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus. 

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Five years project/program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. Preferred degree may substitute for two years of required experience. 

Preferred: Experience with managing events in the past-advisory boards or other large seminars. Strong focus on organizational skills and professional project management. The program director will interface with executives, faculty and institutional leaders, as well as outside stakeholders.
