Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
Experience:
Required: Five years of project/program management or educational program recruitment experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience.
Preferred: Three years of experience in Graduate Medical Education.
Familiarity with ACGME, AAMC, and other accrediting and regulatory bodies that affect resident and fellow education and training. Background
in Accounting/Finance. Proficient with data management and office software programs (excel, word, power point, access, New Innovations, Documentum, etc.), and web-based networking and media technologies.
