Program Manager - Quality & Safety (Cancer Medicine Administration)
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Master’s degree in healthcare administration
CERTIFICATION
Required: None
Preferred: Certification in healthcare quality such as: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) - National Association for Healthcare Quality; Certified in Medical Quality (CMQ) - American Board of Medical Quality; or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) – American Society for Quality.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Five years of related program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, three years of required experience.
Preferred: Two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment working with a quality program.
