Program Manager, Strategic Intelligence
The ideal candidate will have healthcare consulting experience in the department of Strategy & Business Development at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develops, analyzes, manages, and executes various projects that fall within the Office of Strategy & Business Development, as assigned by the Executive Director, Strategy & Business Development.
a. Identifies and addresses key issues, problems, performance metrics and resources required for assigned projects. Assumes responsibility for integrity and success of projects; ensures a proactive, collaborative, transparent project management process and active communication regarding implications to stakeholders.
b. Develops work plans which include schedules/timelines, resources required, budgets. Provides regular status updates to Executive Director, Strategy & Business Development. Establishes procedures for implementation of project recommendations and results.
c. Implements innovative solutions to ensure consistent communication and cascade of information to decentralized departments, teams, and groups across the institution.
d. Supervises and monitors contracted workers or trainees as needed on an ad hoc basis.
e. Other duties as assigned
2. Collaborates and builds relationships
a. Builds relationships with departments and divisions throughout the institution, and external organizations as needed, to gather financial, operational and market information needed to facilitate and complete projects in which Strategy & Business Development leadership is involved.
b. Serves as a representative for the Office of Strategy & Business Development as needed.
3. Manages membership, meeting schedules, communications, and action items for various projects, committees, and ad hoc work groups as assigned.
a. Resolves day-to-day problems that impede the success of various large-scale, multi-faceted projects involving employees, institutional leaders, and vendors as applicable; works with individuals and teams to resolve and remove such barriers.
b. Serves as resource for ad hoc project needs across the Office of Strategy & Business Development, including strategy execution and enterprise risk management.
Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration or related field.
Preferred: Master's Degree Marketing, or Healthcare Administration.
Experience
Required: 4 years of experience in strategic intelligence, strategy, consulting or a related field to include program or project management/planning experience. OR
Required: 2 years of experience required with Master's degree.
Preferred: Healthcare consulting experience working with an academic medical center.
