QA Pharmacy Technician
EDUCATION:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Two years of Pharmacy Technician experience in a hospital or four years as a Pharmacy Technician in a comparable setting.
Preferred: Experience in quality, control, or working as a lead technician.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Required: Current Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP).
Preferred: Current Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
OTHER:
Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
