EDUCATION
- Required: Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred: Master's degree.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: Four years research or research compliance, general/legal regulatory compliance, corporate compliance, privacy compliance, billing and reimbursement or billing compliance, healthcare administration and/or general business as an analyst, auditor or fraud investigator experience. OR
- Required: Two years required experience, with preferred degree.
- May substitute required degree with additional years of related experience on a one to one basis.
- Preferred: Experience working in a research lab or research compliance environment at an academic research center, pharmaceutical company, or government/other funding agency. Three years of related experience, with specific experience in conducting or supporting administratively supporting research projects. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, professional and sensitive manner. Ability to work efficiently under stress with time limits imposed. Must be able to interact with a variety of professionals, administrators, and support staff. Proficiency with MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
