Research Scientist - Immunology - ECLIPSE

Education

Required: Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, enzymology, pharmacology, chemistry or related field.

Preferred: PhD in Immunology or a related discipline.

Experience

Required: Six years experience of relevant research experience in laboratory With a PhD in a natural science or Medical degree, two years of required experience.

Preferred:

•    Expertise in T cell biology
•    Hands-on experience with primary T cell culture, flow cytometry, T cell functional assays
•    Ability to independently design, execute, interpret, and troubleshoot experiments.  Ability use results to propose and design follow-up experiments.
•    Track-record of productivity, demonstrated by publication in respected, peer reviewed journals, and/or patent filings
•    Excellent record keeping abilities.  Ability to clearly communicate results to co-workers, collaborators, and leadership
•    Expertise in leukemia biology
•    Experience in molecular biology techniques such as PCR and qPCR assays
•    Experience in virus production, and viral engineering of cells 
•    Experience with 10X genomics platform
