Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Required Education:

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field. 

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree. 

Required Experience:

Six years of accounting or business office experience to include two years of supervisory experience. Two years of hospital or physician business experience with preferred degree. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. 

Preferred Experience/Skills:

Medicare collections and billing experience, supervisor/manager experience, experience with Epic, reporting experience, presentation skills, personable personality is needed. 

Other Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
