REQUIREMENTS
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management, Institutional Management, Foods and Nutrition or related field.
Experience
Required: Three years of project management, lead or supervisory experience in food services or hospitality. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Preferred: Five years’ experience in Customer Service, Hotel or Restaurant Management, or related field. Demonstrated proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
Licensure/Certification
Required: ServSafe Certification Accredited by the American National Standards Institute and the Conference for Food Protection (ANSI)
Preferred: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) from the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP).
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
