Senior Benefits Representative - Benefits & Recognition

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Certification: None

Preferred Certification: PHR, SPHR, CEBS

Experience: Five years professional level experience in human resources with emphasis in broad benefits program administration and some benefits program design.

Preferred Experience: Seven years professional benefits administration and plan/design experience.  One year project management experience.
