Summary:

The Sr. Business Systems Analyst serves as TDI governance subject matter expert, responsible for implementing and supporting governance frameworks, project data quality, and financial management. This role acts as the primary governance and portfolio quality lead for TDI, overseeing portfolio financials and processes while collaborating and supporting governance informatics committees and service lines.  

Portfolio Financial Management  
1. Provides oversight of TDI portfolio financials by supporting budget management processes, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
2. Ensure all financial activities comply with governance standards and TDI PMO best practices. 
3. Provides support in financial insights, risks, and recommendations to governance committees, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
4. Provides educational support on financial standards and processes.

Governance Support  
1. Assists in organizing and facilitating Informatics Committee and ITEC meetings and activities while ensuring best practices are met with consistent and accurate data.
2. Provides educational support in TDI Governance tools and processes. 

Quality and Process Improvement   
1. Provides design recommendations and implement continuous process/workflow improvements for TDI Governance and TDI PMO.
2. Assists in the development of financial management frameworks and lead in the implementation including tools, performance metrics and standards for adoption.
3. Oversee the data accuracy of reports and dashboards in alignment to TDI PMO best practices.

Professional Knowledge   
1. Maintains strong knowledge of TDI PMO platforms, project management methodology and best practices, quality management, and business process improvement methodologies.
2. Demonstrates strong understanding and proficiency in financial management.
3. Stays informed of departmental changes and assesses impact to TDI PMO functions for process/workflow improvement recommendations.
4. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.

Growth and Innovation   
1. Proactively proposes and implements innovative solutions aligned with TDI PMO guiding principles that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Other duties as assigned

Required Education: Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Education: Master's degree. 

Required Experience: Five years’ experience in Epic software, domain, project management or workflow analysis. May substitutes require education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience: Five years’ experience in financial management supporting project and portfolio governance such as budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, data quality and accuracy, has experience in developing processes and tools to support IT and PMO. Must have excellent communication skills (written and spoken).

This position is 100% remote. Searching for a candidate in Texas only.
