EDUCATION
Required:
Bachelors degree.
 
EXPERIENCE
Required:
Five years of Epic software/domain/workflow analysis/design/programming/project management/EHR application related experience.  May substitute required education with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.

Preferred:

High proficiency SQL as well as in the use of business intelligence tools such as SAP Crystal Reports, Universe & Web Intelligence.  Expertise on the Clarity data model and a good working knowledge of how the application(s) collect and store data. Ability to effectively analyze reporting needs with the report consumers and determine the best fit analytics solution for the consumer based on business need.  

Primary role focus is Cadence/Referrals, supporting certifications as described below:

1.       Cadence

2.       ADT Prelude / Grand Central

3.       HB/PB

4.       Radiant

OR

Primary role focus is Quality Measures, supporting certifications as described below:

1.       Beacon

2.       Ambulatory

3.       Inpatient

4.       HIM

5.       Radiant

6.       Willow
