Senior Emergency Management & Business Continuity Planner
EDUCATION
- Required: Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Education, Organizational Development, Emergency Planning, Business Continuity or related field.
- Preferred: Master's Degree Engineering, Applied or Basic Sciences, Environmental Science, Emergency Management or related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: 5 years Emergency management or business continuity experience. or
- Required: 3 years Experience required with Master's degree.
- Preferred: 5 years Emergency management or business continuity experience, to include two years in a healthcare environment.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Preferred: TDL - Texas Drivers License Class A, B or C valid Texas driver's license depending on the type and weight of vehicle to be operated and number of passengers to be carried and eligible to drive State and institutional vehicles. Upon Hire
- Preferred: CHEP - Certified Healthcare Emer Prof Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP) by Board of Certified Hazardous Control (BCHC). Upon Hire
- Preferred: Associate Emergency Manager (AEM) by the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM). Upon Hire
- Preferred: Certified Business Continuity Planner Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) by FEMA or other recognized Business Continuity certification organization. Upon Hire
- Preferred: Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) by FEMA or other recognized Business Continuity certification organization. Upon Hire
- Preferred: Certified Healthcare Provider Continuity Planner (CHPCP) by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII). Upon Hire
