Senior HR Service Center Tech - Human Resource Service Center
Education:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: 1-4 years of post secondary school training. Either a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business, or certification from a business school offering special training in secretarial skills.
Experience:
Preferred: 4 years of call center experience and/or performing administrative/ clerical work. Will consider college in lieu of experience. Strong customer service orientation. Interpersonal skills: flexible/adaptable, good communicator (both orally and written), diplomatic, effective team member. Ability to prioritize work in a multi-task environment. Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision. Hands on PC/keyboard skills. Strong telephone and organizational skills.
