Senior Physical Therapist - West Houston Location

REQUIREMENTS

Required Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree from accredited School of Physical Therapy.

Required Experience: Three years of experience as a physical therapist.

License/Certification: Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Texas issued by Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR). Certified Lymphodema Therapist (CLT-LANA).
