Education
Required: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW or MSSW) from an accredited program approved by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
License/Certification
Required: One of the following issued by the state of Texas: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Provisional LMSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Experience
Required: None
Preferred: One year in an oncology, hospital or hospice setting.
